Total IgE Test क्या होता है?

Total IgE Test in Hindi - Total IgE Test एक ब्लड टेस्ट है जो शरीर में मौजूद इम्युनोग्लोबुलिन E (IgE) एंटीबॉडी की कुल मात्रा को मापता है। यह टेस्ट यह जानने के लिए किया जाता है कि व्यक्ति को किसी प्रकार की एलर्जी, अस्थमा, या पैरासाइटिक संक्रमण तो नहीं है। IgE एक प्रकार की एंटीबॉडी होती है जो शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक प्रणाली द्वारा एलर्जन (allergen) के संपर्क में आने पर बनती है।

IgE Test क्यों करवाना चाहिए?

डॉक्टर इस टेस्ट की सलाह तब देते हैं जब आपको निम्नलिखित समस्याएं हों:

  • बार-बार छींक आना या नाक बहना
  • स्किन एलर्जी या रैशेज़
  • अस्थमा (दमा) या सांस लेने में तकलीफ
  • आंखों में जलन या लालिमा
  • भोजन या दवाओं से एलर्जी
  • बार-बार होने वाले चर्म रोग (eczema, urticaria)

Total IgE Test कैसे किया जाता है?

इसमें एक साधारण ब्लड सैंपल लिया जाता है।

फास्टिंग की ज़रूरत आमतौर पर नहीं होती, लेकिन डॉक्टर की सलाह से पता चलेगा।

लैब में सैंपल की जांच कर IgE की कुल मात्रा को mg/L या IU/mL में मापा जाता है।


Total IgE की सामान्य रेंज:

  • बच्चों में: 0 – 60 IU/mL
  • वयस्कों में: 0 – 100 IU/mL (लगभग)
  • High IgE Levels: एलर्जी, अस्थमा, एक्जिमा, परजीवी संक्रमण, या कुछ इम्यून सिस्टम विकारों का संकेत
  • Low IgE Levels: आमतौर पर कोई गंभीर चिंता का कारण नहीं होते
