 Folate Test क्या होता है?

Folate Test in Hindi - Folate Test एक ब्लड टेस्ट है जो शरीर में फोलेट (Folic Acid या Vitamin B9) की मात्रा को मापने के लिए किया जाता है। फोलेट एक आवश्यक विटामिन है जो DNA निर्माण, लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं के निर्माण, और शरीर की सामान्य वृद्धि में मदद करता है। इस टेस्ट से यह पता लगाया जाता है कि शरीर में फोलेट की कमी है या नहीं।

Folate की कमी क्यों होती है?

Folate Test की प्रक्रिया:

इस टेस्ट के लिए ब्लड सैंपल लिया जाता है। कुछ मामलों में फास्टिंग (खाली पेट) रहना जरूरी हो सकता है।
टेस्ट में सीरम फोलेट या RBC फोलेट की मात्रा मापी जाती है।

Folate Test की सामान्य रेंज:

  • Serum Folate: 2.7 से 17.0 ng/mL (नैनोग्राम प्रति मिलीलीटर)

  • 2.7 ng/mL से कम का स्तर फोलेट की कमी को दर्शाता है
